Cool Apps and Websites

There are so many wonderful educational apps and websites here are 3 that I love.

Raz-Kids app and www.raz-kids.com 

This app and website is wonderful. Raz-kids has leveled digital books for your child to listen to, read, and take a quiz on. It is a self paced program. As they listen, read, and take quizzes their reading level increases. They also get fun awards! Your child's name has already been set up in the program. The username is ksmyers0

www.pebblego.com

This is a amazing site that has a bunch of interesting information. It is a reader research solution, but for the child who likes to read and gather information about nonfiction. This is it. The site will read the information or allow you to read it. Carson Elementary has purchased usage to this site. Your child is free to use and learn from this site.

This is a wonderful website to practice both Language Arts and Math skills. In the past I have purchased a membership to the site and I have used it mainly for math. But it is a great place to help your child practice on a skills. I believe you can do around 15 to 20 problems free a day. Check it out! The membership is reasonable if you are interested and it tracks your child's performance.
